Personalized Tracking

Customized plans and intuitive tracking tools designed to help users confidently manage and visualize their progress towards quitting nicotine.

After a short assessment, the app creates a personalized plan built around Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT), supporting users to gradually moderate their intake and quit at their own pace.

The app uses a color-coded system to guide users in gradually extending nicotine-free periods, turning complex habit changes into a clear, manageable journey.

Nico automatically captures details like time, location, weather, activity, and sleep, providing a rich context for every entry. Users can easily add notes, creating deeper insights into their nicotine habits.

Powerful Insights

Actionable insights and clear trend analysis empower users to understand habits deeply and strategically refine their quit strategy.

Powered by users' nicotine logs, the app’s analytical tools surface clear, visual patterns. This makes it easy to spot patterns and gain deeper insight over time.

By recognizing situational triggers, the app highlights meaningful patterns to help users better understand and manage their nicotine habits.

Educational lessons on addiction, behavior, and coping strategies help users build confidence and practical skills for a successful, lasting change.

Intelligent Mentor

Guided by AI, the app offers calm, timely support helping users navigate cravings and stay focused on their goals.

The built-in AI assistant provides instant guidance, support, or anything the user wants to talk about. It can even proactively check in with the user to see how they’re doing.

Nico can support the user with anything they ask—offering comfort, encouragement, and practical strategies. By accessing the user’s nicotine logs, it tailors responses to be personal, effective, and clear—anything related to quitting nicotine.

Nico uses user logs to predict cravings in advance, sending timely notifications and actionable tips to help users stay in control.
